Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

Products bought on sale or discount

Minor color or texture variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch differences

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (if applicable)

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Refund processing may take 7–10 working days
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability

Customers must return the original product before an exchange is dispatched

Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the issue was from our side
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Shaahzaday will cover return shipping

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
